As a member of Gilstrap Brothers Wine Club, you will receive four specially selected bottles of Gilstrap Brothers Wine, shipped directly to your door three times a year. There is no cost to join the club. The charge to your credit card will typically run between $40.00 and $60.00, plus a shipping and handling fee per shipment.
Note: Additional taxes may be required for orders shipped to states outside of Oregon.

For Wine Club members located in Oregon, you may choose to pick up your wine at the winery. Please contact the winery for details.

Membership

Members must be 21 years of age with a valid credit card and authorize Gilstrap Brothers to automatically charge their credit card three times a year.

Billing

Billing takes place approximately the second week of each selected month. Wine will be available to be picked up after billing is complete

Shipping your Selection

Wines must be delivered to an address where an individual at least 21 years of age is available to sign for the package. Our shipping providers do not consider a PO Box an acceptable shipping address. Orders are shipped via UPS ground and UPS 3 day select to East Coast members. Ground orders take approximately one to five working days to arrive.

Pick up your Selection

Members will be notified via email when their wine selection will be available for pickup. If the wine is not picked up within 30 days of the email notification, the wine will automatically be shipped and billed to the credit card on file.

Cancellation

To cancel membership, a written or verbal request, via email, mail, or phone must be submitted 12 weeks prior to billing. There will be no refunds for cancellation requests after billing is complete.
